From week three, the program ramps up to two weekly sessions, enabling participants to take on more rigorous workouts and push themselves to achieve higher levels of fitness. At each session, participants will work with a professional trainer who will guide them through exercises tailored to their individual needs, goals, and fitness levels.

Are you interested in learning about weightlifting as a woman but don’t know where to start? Our 6-week introduction to weightlifting class is perfect for you! Our program is designed to help women of all fitness levels develop proper weight-lifting techniques while building strength and endurance. Each week we will cover different exercises, focusing on key areas such as arms, legs, and core.


Our experienced trainers will be with you every step of the way, providing guidance and support to help you achieve your goals. You will receive personalized attention, modifications, and adjustments to exercises to make sure you are progressing safely. Each class will have no more than 6 participants to ensure that you receive the proper attention and full benefit of each session

Our 6-week self-guided training and diet plan is designed to help you lose up to 15 pounds. The plan includes personalized workout routines and meal plans that are tailored to your specific needs and goals. 


For the first two weeks, you will focus on building a strong foundation by establishing healthy habits and transitioning to a healthy eating plan. During this time, you will be provided with a 2-week meal plan that includes a balanced mix of nutrient-dense foods and healthy snacks.


After the first two weeks, the workouts will become more challenging, consisting of a combination of cardio and strength training exercises that are designed to burn fat and build muscle. Each workout will be accompanied by detailed instructions and videos to ensure proper form and technique.


Throughout the program, you will also have access to online support and guidance from our team of experts, who will be available to answer any questions you may have and provide motivation and support to help you achieve your goals. You will also submit weekly updates via the included mobile app access that will aid the team in helping you achieve your goals. 


At the end of the six weeks, you can expect to have lost up to 15 pounds and be in better physical shape, with improved strength, endurance, and energy levels.
