Are you interested in learning about weightlifting as a woman but don’t know where to start? Our 12-week (3 Month) introduction to weightlifting and fitness program is perfect for you! Our program is designed to help women of all fitness levels develop proper weight-lifting techniques while building strength and endurance. Each week we will cover different exercises, focusing on key areas such as arms, legs, and core.
